Initial Assessment

Service Description

First assessment takes over 1 hour - we discuss your diagnosis and go through a subjective assessment. We then move onto an objective assessment which is looking at your physical ability and how your body is moving. We finish with making a plan on how we can work together to maximise your ability by setting goals. You will be left with an exercise plan for you to continue independently.
