Your physiotherapy session will take place in the comfort of your own home or, if applicable, a care home. Depending on your goals, we may also engage in outdoor activities. Additionally, we can conduct sessions at a gym, provided you have a membership and the gym permits it.

What is the duration of each physiotherapy session?

Our follow-up appointments typically last for 1 hour, while the initial assessment session is 1.5 hours long. We can adjust the session length based on your fatigue levels. You also have the option to schedule multiple sessions throughout the week, with many clients choosing 2 to 3 sessions per week and then reducing the frequency as they achieve their goals.

How are we protecting against Covid-19?

At NG Physio, we are taking all necessary steps to limit the risk of spreading COVID-19. We will contact you in advance to ensure that neither you nor anyone in your household has symptoms. We will also discuss the need for a home visit versus an online consultation and ensure we are symptom-free. Our safety measures include sanitizing our hands before putting on PPE, wearing a face mask, visor, apron, and gloves, and dressing appropriately upon entering. We will remove and double-bag PPE outside and wear a clean uniform as necessary. You will be asked to sign a declaration form confirming you have no symptoms. We will continue to update our practices according to current government guidelines.
